Up for Adoption

We got a pouch shipment yesterday.

"Oh my gosh, mom! You got ANOTHER pair of shoes?"

"Hey, Henry, I work hard and I deserve these shoes."

"By working hard, do you mean like getting your money out of your wallet to pay the maid?"

Oh, yes he did.

Does he not realize who he's dealing with?

OH NO!!! He sounds like he would fit in great with my kids :) Maybe a packaged deal would help him be adopted faster :)

I want you to know, Mrs. Romero, that the Shoewhore Curse you put on my daughter long ago is still working. There were the shoes "we" simply had to have before school started. Then there were the "adjustment shoes" (she made that up) she just had to have once she started school and realized who was wearing "more appropriate" shoes (she thinks using the word appropriate will have some sway)...and yesterday she hopped in the car and announced that her new flats simply wouldn't work because they weren't nearly as comfortable as she thought they'd be, and besides nobody wears flair on their flats anymore unless they're animal print. Wine please? Love, Mrs. Dube

They say that mastery of sarcasm at a young age is a sign of intelligence.

Oh wait. I just made that up to feel better about teen snark.

Carry on.

And enjoy your shoes!

Henry is the grearest. I put his photo up as a screen saver (the one with him drinking out of a coconut). After signing off a porn site, there he was.......glaring at me...Gramps
